The three supplemental Legend cards are randomly selected from a pool of characters including Adam Smasher, Jackie Welles, Judy Álvarez, Panam Palmer, Rogue Amendiares, Goro Takemura, and more. The included Legend promos and Mantis Blades promo feature the special Beta symbol, identifying them as cards from the Beta Event Kit.

For official Beta Events, players use the contents of the kit to construct a sealed deck of at least 30 non-Legend cards and exactly three Legends.
