Refund Policy

At X-Ray Games, most sales are final due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of trading card products.

All sales of trading card singles, sealed trading card products, packs, booster boxes, booster cases, decks, and other collectible card items are final and non-returnable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these items based on buyer’s remorse, price changes, market fluctuations, packaging variations, pull rates, or opened product outcomes.

If you receive the wrong item, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at xrayman0021@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, work with you to make it right.

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund consideration for a non-final-sale item, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages, wrong items, and order issues

Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival. If your order is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at xrayman0021@gmail.com. We may request photos of the shipping box, packing materials, shipping label, and item in order to evaluate the claim.

We reserve the right to deny claims that are incomplete, unsupported, fraudulent, or reported outside the required timeframe.

Non-returnable items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of our error:

  • Trading card singles
  • Sealed trading card products
  • Booster packs
  • Booster boxes
  • Booster cases
  • Starter decks and structure decks
  • Products with broken factory seals or opened packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Special-order items
  • Items marked final sale

Because collectible card products can be searched, mapped, weighed, tampered with, resealed, substituted, or otherwise affected after purchase, we do not accept returns on these items once sold.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If we approve a return for an eligible non-final-sale item, any replacement or refund will be handled at our discretion.

Order cancellations

We may not be able to cancel an order once it has been placed, especially if it has already been processed, packed, or shipped. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation granted is solely at our discretion.

Refunds

If we determine that a refund is appropriate, we will notify you once the matter has been reviewed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped to a customer in the European Union, that customer may have certain statutory cancellation rights. However, those rights may not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery or to certain goods that are not suitable for return once opened.
